Super League Triathlon brought mixed reality action to London this weekend for the final event of the Arena Games series powered by Zwift.
It was brilliant to be back at the Olympic Aquatics Centre, in front of a sell-out home crowd for the finale.
- In the women’s race Britain’s Beth Potter got the win on home turf.
- Australian Sophie Linn is now an official World Champion, after taking 3rd place in London.
- 15yr old Hungarian Fanni Szalai made the woman’s final, finishing in 8th place and is one to watch in future.
- Italy’s Nicolo Strada was dominant as he strode to victory in the men’s race.
- After injury and setbacks throughout the season South Africa’s Henri Schoeman held off the field to become the overall Series champion.
A huge thank you to Michael Dhulst, Robert Puestow, Charlie Cook, Toby Everett, Emily Young and all Super League Triathlon, to Jonny Noblett at Zwift and to our talented presenters Tim Don, Annie Emmerson and Will McCloy.
