Experience
Minimum of two credits for TV broadcast as a Production Co-ordinator. Experience of working with small and large crews with a strong knowledge of how productions are managed.
Required skills
Confident at managing call sheets and creating risk assessments (to be overseen by the Production Managers)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to keep track of ever changing plans
Confident at negotiating rates with external suppliers and raising POs
Knowledge of co-ordinating and delivering a range of/elements of productions on time and on budget
Good working knowledge of archive and copyright clearance
An exciting opportunity for a Full Time Production Coordinator to join the award-winning team at Aurora, based in our London Head Office.
Description
The role will be assisting the Production Management team with logistics for multiple international shoots. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, be able to deal with planning for multiple shoots in different countries, be confident at confirming rates with crew and experience at raising Purchase Orders.
You will be a great team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude, attention to detail and good client liaison and communication skills.
A love of sport and experience with PMI is desirable.

- Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers
- Completing post production paperwork
- Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices
- Assisting editorial team with archive clearance
